You are describing a project where your team selected a lower-cost design. A reviewer asks what you personally contributed. Which response is strongest?
The strongest response identifies your own work, the basis of the decision, and the boundary of your authority. Option 0 describes a team outcome but not your contribution. Option 2 reports a preference without showing engineering analysis. Option 3 overclaims accountability unless you actually held that authority.
